Touched by Maen Llia

A kingdom without a king.
A solstice declared too soon.
A stone that answers dangerous wishes.

Catrin knows the stars are wrong. The solstice has not yet come — but Dyfed’s mage insists it has, sending the kingdom’s maidens to the sacred Maen Llia on a day heavy with false magic.

In a realm ripe for conquest, Prince Merlin arrives to judge the succession — with Marcus Jorath among his company, a soldier sworn to Arthur’s peace and unprepared for the sharp-minded woman who refuses to be silent.

When Catrin challenges the mage’s claim, she uncovers more than a mistake. Ianto is shaping fate itself — and the ancient stone may answer him.

To protect her queen, her kingdom, and the fragile peace Arthur has built, Catrin must risk being called traitor, witch, or worse.

Because some stones grant wishes. And some demand a price.

Praise for Touched by Maen Llia

You’ll find yourself rooting for Catrin and Dyfed, in this quick read.

Tracy Cooper-Posey is an incredibly talented story teller! I loved this book, Catrin and Marcus are the main characters.

What a great short story; it's not only a love story, but a story of a women's courage and strength

It’s a fascinating look into ordinary lives, the lives of those who were not royalty or part of the nobility.

In this corner of Arthur’s realm magic still rules and is both revered and feared.

A delightful short & intense story.

Catrin is a delightful character with intelligence and willingness to know what is right and then to do it, regardless of the consequences.

The the usual trope but not quite. I found myself laughing a lot too. Also a touch of magic, if not it wouldn't be an Arthurian story, isn't it?
