How long we keep information
We keep personal information only for as long as necessary for the purposes for which it was collected. Account information is kept while an account is active. If a user deletes their account, we will delete or anonymise their personal information from our live systems within a reasonable period, unless we need to keep limited information for security, legal, or backup purposes. We may keep contact records, feedback, and technical logs for a limited time where reasonably necessary. This matches the ICO’s storage-limitation approach and its guidance to tell people how long data is kept or how that is decided.

This data processor does the following activities for us: Provides online forms and workflow tools to collect and manage beta sign-up information and user feedback submissions on our behalf.
