The Hunter’s Affection

Even cursed blood can fall prey to love’s bite.

Stone Haven isn’t Torr Derrickson’s kind of town. Small. Quaint. The kind of place where everyone knows their neighbors’ business.

Torr only came here as an act of brotherly love – to help his brother fulfill a lifelong dream of opening up a bar. The moment that cash drawer accepted its first dollar, Torr planned to be back in a real city, stalking the streets in hopes of more adventurous prey. Unfortunately, his reputation – as a bit of a playboy and, more importantly, a vampire – has already caught the attention of some townspeople, much to his brother’s dismay.

Enter Charlotte Harris.

The English teacher is everything Torr is not. A small-town girl. A rule-follower. And very much a human. She’s the last woman Torr wants in his life…yet the first one to ever set his blood on fire.

Charlotte's attraction to the bad-boy vampire consumes her every waking – and definitely sleeping – moment, distracting her from the redemption that had defined her life up until meeting him. The redemption she wanted for so long is at war with the new awakening in her heart.

Like a budding flower, Charlotte finds herself changing in the company of this pair of blue eyes and fangs.

Forced together, the two opposites must decide between passion and reputation. Love and fear.

Life and death.
