His Christmas Wish

A grieving sister. A guilt-ridden mountain rescuer. One hometown Christmas to heal their broken past.

Carly Bishop avoids her hometown of Hood Hamlet. The mountain town holds the devastating memories of the fiancé and brother she lost in a tragic accident six years ago. Now, a family obligation forces her return. She must bury her grief to give her niece and nephew a perfect holiday.

Mountain rescuer Jake Porter carries the weight of that fateful tragedy. He believes he failed to save his two friends. Helping Carly orchestrate a magical Christmas for her family is his path to redemption, and his only chance to escape years of suffocating guilt.

As they navigate the holiday season together, their shared grief sparks an undeniable attraction. But Jake believes he is unworthy of his late best friend's little sister. To find a future together, they must stop living in the past and risk opening their hearts to love.
