Divorced, but still in love with her ex, Tanya relocates to Paris in order to forget her failed marriage.

But her dream of starting over in a new country, with new people and a new job, gets off to a bad start. Problems abound, not least in the shape of Gabriel Valois, a man she must work with in order to prove herself, and a man who has many personal problems of his own.
Their business association soon gives way to mutual feelings of attraction. Gabriel is eager, but Tanya can't risk getting close for fear of rejection. Embittered by life and love, will she give in and embrace love again?
