After being cheated on by my now ex-boyfriend, I vowed to steer clear of pro hockey players—they're just a bunch of puck boys looking to score with the latest puck bunny.

Unfortunately for me, when I move back to my hometown of Hope Peak, my older sister, Lake, a sports agent, needs my help to improve the image of one of her clients, Milo Harris, the star goalie for the Hope Peak Panthers.

My response is, "Not my problem, not my puck boy," to which she reminds me of a favor I owe her. Now I'm back in a situation I never wanted to revisit, saddled with a Pro hockey player. Only this time, I'm playing the role of his fake fiancée for the holidays.

Sure, we have great chemistry that can fool even the harshest critics, but the more I'm around Milo, the more I question how much of our relationship is actually fake. Because with each passing day, I find myself wanting him to be my puck boy.
