The Mountain Man’s Holiday Mix Up

My sisters have all found happiness, and I’m truly happy for them, but I feel a strange emptiness. An inner force pushes me to go beyond my usual limits, leading me to accept a temporary job with my friend Aspen and her mail-order bride agency she recently started in our town.

It was supposed to last only a few weeks to help with new-client onboarding by showing the mountain men who signed up for the program how to find love. My first assignment goes terribly wrong when a case of mistaken identity has me on my knees begging for more—literally.

When a gorgeous stranger shows up at my doorstep on my birthday, claiming my brother hired her, I initially think she's an escort my brother jokingly mentioned hiring for me. One thing leads to another, and I end up accepting the gift my brother sent me.

It isn’t until my brother arrives at my cabin with the owner of the mail-order bride company that I realize my mistake—something I don’t tell my brother. That still doesn’t explain why my beautiful stranger was so willing to obey my every command—not that I’m complaining.
