Lead Player

Alex Grayson's Lead Player is a spicy one-night stand contemporary romance written in K. Bromberg's Everyday Heroes Worlds project.

I wasn't looking for love…more like a one-night stand.

Hey, a woman has needs. And it couldn't possibly end any worse than my last relationship. If catching my long-term boyfriend getting plowed by his handsome best friend wasn't bad enough…the fact that they were in our bed should be. So, yeah. I'm good with one wild night with a complete stranger. I just didn't expect him to be so damn hot! I couldn't tear my eyes away – even when he caught me staring. It was as if an invisible force held me captive in his lust-filled gaze.

We agreed, just one night. But the next morning I woke up in an empty bed feeling more alone than I expected. Little did I know I would see my mystery man again. But the next time we would be standing beside our best friends as they said "I do". Not only was my one-night stand the best man…it turns out he's the cocky lead singer of popular band Phenix.

No wonder he rocked my world, he's had plenty of practice.
