Defending Dana

Stalked by crazies with a hundred million reasons to catch her, she needs SEAL protection.

Dana, an accountant, was wrongly blamed by many distraught investors when the Fleishman ponzi scheme was uncovered. After several close calls, and still hated by fifty thousand irate families who were cheated out of their life savings, she left her life behind. A year later, across the country and under a different name, Dana finally felt safe.

Pete Brennan is recuperating from his time as a hostage of Syrian terrorists, and unsure the Navy will take him back. The Hawk team has been supportive, but with no missions to prepare for, Pete’s life feels empty and lacking purpose.
When he sees a woman being assaulted across the street, Pete’s SEAL training kicks in and he races to rescue her.
After defeating the group of attackers, he turns around to find Dana gone. He now has a mission—find Dana, the woman he saved, who is also a girl he knew from long ago.

The danger chasing Dana is greater than she can comprehend and only Pete will be able to save her.
